Why is this? Were all these people sick? Yes! They are obsessed with a disease called dieting. Why girls why do you faint or feel weak? The answer is simple you guys are not eating right. Maybe what you are eating is not good enough for you or you are not fit enough to diet.

There is no proper disciplinary diet that spells out what one should eat on a diet. Diet means consuming food that is required for the working of the body. A person who is healthy will diet comfortably because he has stored fats and energy which would be put to burn if he does not consume more of them. But if a person is already on a diet for more than six months he has either burned up stored fats or lacks the required energy. What are the consequences then -- the condition of Miranda and Kelly?
